Our injection moulding parts:
Parts weight is between 0,1 and 700 g.
Our strengths are the TSG-method and the moulding with inserts.
We use thermoplastics and elastomerics such as ABS, PC, PS, POM, PA, TPE, PP and PE.
Further processing:
Deburring, gluing, inserting metal inserts by warming up or by using torque wrenches.
Screen printing:
We work closely with printers to print the plastic parts using different methods.
Module-assembly:
We assemble the produced individual parts with other components to modules.
