During the production, all of our parts are controlled every day by our quality department. The results are documented and archived carefully.
Packaging
We give advices to find the best package for the parts to ensure they will get to the customers save and without transportation harm.
Logistics
We like to take over the organization for the shipment. With our own vehicles we supply our customers in the region by ourselves. If there are large quantities or long distances, we commit a forwarding agency.
Flexibility
Flexibility is our trait. Urgent and short term inquiries are taken immediately into the machine assignment.
Materials
To find materials with the best properties for the parts of a new project, we function as an interface between customer and material suppliers.
Warehouse
Within our service we store and archive injection molds and manufactoring tools. So a fast access for short term production is possible.
Molds
With tool manufacturer as our partners in the region, and also from abroad, we custruct an build tools for our customers. Sampling protocols and initial sample test reports are self-evident. Small defects are repaired in-house.
